Always remember, information is a very powerful marketing tool. For example, if they are in the 20-35 age group and is majority of your clientele and they found you on Facebook, you will need to have an active social media campaign. Marketing will get customers to your door and they are yours to keep or lose. Active web marketing and quality service will keep your customers happy and your business running. It is a win win strategy.
